One for the Girls// Meet Rosie and Olivia

Rosie and Olivia, both 19 year old students from Cardiff.

Rosie (left) shows us how layering up and mixing different patterns/colours is the dream. The bright and colourful paisley dress is absolutely stunning, especially when teamed and darkened up with a stripy under layer that neatly yet secretly pops through at the top. This attire has perfectly been styled up with an oversized black blazer, which I feel that every girl and boy needs in their wardrobe. Rosie successfully places together the look with a bright blue satchel, one that more than compliments the blue shades that we can see peeking through in the paisley dress. Oh and I must mention how gorgeous  the long chained pendant necklace is that neatly rests on the over sized dress. Simplistic statements like this are perfecto when teamed with a loud outfit. This lurk concludes that Rosie is proof that clever clashes do work, so fellow lurkers be daring and clash up your patterns too!

Olivia (right) also stood out when I was on my lurking mission. Tartan is up there with one of the most popular prints that every person loves (if you don't love tartan, I am seriously worried about you). By steering away from the normal red and yellow tartan print that we see practically everywhere, Olivia has gone for a more distinct style and pieced it together with an oversized baggy burgundy t-shirt that compliments the skirt oh so well. Mixing a baggy tee with a tube skirt is essential when it comes to day-to-day wear, an effortless look but a fabulous look at the same time. The raincoat Olivia wears is both perfect for Welsh weather and perfect when it comes to gaining style points. The navy colour works so well with the rest of this outfit.
